Airline giant Easyjet has announced new plans to expand their flight routes out of Gatwick airport. The expansion will see over 200 new jobs created across the business. The company has revealed pre tax profits of an estimated £478 million.
Easyjet continue to grow as a business, with more people taking their low price flights to multiple destinations across Europe. Gatwick locals will be pleased with the expansion plans; Easyjet is one of the top employers to work for in the Gatwick area. The future for Easyjet employees looks bright, with the business continually expanding despite the current economic climate.
Easyjet has had an excellent business year and Gatwick is the most recent airport to reveal the new Easyjet routes, which were once covered by Flybe. The new flight routes will begin early 2014, so keep your eye out for job vacancies popping up in the near future. Easyjet will be looking to hire new staff as soon as possible across a number of job opportunities. A planning application has been entered with a bid to to create a purpose-built Make Ready Centre and regional Hazardous Area Response Team Unit (HART) to be based in Crawley.
