I am a dedicated, intelligent sales person and have spent my working life in sales and recruitment in Gatwick. I have become extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of recruitment in Gatwick as well as developing a strong ability to develop business and close sales. Having held several branch manager roles in Gatwick I am also experienced in staff management. I am keen to embrace a new challenge in recruitment in Gatwick. I am excellent with computers and find I take quickly to any package presented to me.

My main responsibilities in this challenging role include establishing relationships with Gatwick businesses, as well as organisations further afield, maintaining a great working knowledge of opportunities in Gatwick and recruitment in Gatwick and ensuring the smooth running of the branch through effective management of my team. Our main focus is Gatwick recruitment which I think that I have helped by making sure that I attend local networking events and conferences. I have been able to dramatically improve our Gatwick business as well as business as a whole. My best achievement has been to create a relationship with Crawley Borough Council / West Sussex County Council. We have been able to fill these public sector jobs very efficiently.

I began as a trainee consultant and in only 2 years advanced to a senior consultant position. It was during my time here that I learnt about recruitment in Gatwick and received a great amount of training including the legal and regulatory aspects of recruitment, managing staff skills and sales.
