At Aldingbourne we proudly support people with learning disabilities to,  live independently in their own flats and be part of our local community. We work in partnership enabling our tenants to live the lives they choose while developing their own independence.

Our relief workers provide critical support to our projects, helping to cover short or long-term planned and unplanned absences or gaps in our rotas. This role requires flexibility covering early morning shifts, week day, weekend, evening shifts as well as sleep-in (once passed probation).   Our friendly team support clients, in day to day activities, who live independently and based in central Bognor, (close to the train station, with excellent bus services and a busy high street.)
